Neck Tight
Loose skin on the neck, also known as turkey neck is caused when skin loses elasticity. Often times product alone cannot treat this. Luckily Market Mall Dermatology offers our Neck Tight package. This package consists of:
- 3 Fotona neck to target both fat deposits and skin laxity. The Nd laser breaks down subcutaneous fat, while the Er laser stimulates collagen production and improves skin elasticity. The result is a smoother, firmer, and more sculpted appearance.
- 3 Morpheus neck. Morpheus8 is a microneedling device that utilizes radiofrequency energy to remodel and contour the face or body. This fractional treatment penetrates deep into the skin and fat for a smoother and sleeker appearance.

Why People Trust Dr. Adams
Patients trust Dr. Adams because he has been in the medical field for a long time, is open about his care, and always makes sure that his treatment choices are medically sound. He puts a lot of emphasis on clear communication, informed consent, and realistic expectations. This makes sure that patients know both the pros and downsides of any treatment that is suggested.
Dr. Adams stresses the importance of making treatment plans that are unique to each person instead of using the same strategy for everyone. Not trends or business pressure, but medical need, safety, and proven results guide his suggestions. This approach, which focuses on the patient and is based on evidence, has helped Market Mall Dermatology become a trusted place for both medical and cosmetic dermatologic care in Calgary.
